Short for high intensity interval training, our specially crafted HIIT classes are packed with workouts – consisting of not only basic body weight exercises and strength classes but also incorporating the Concept2 Machines. Step up to the challenge of pushing yourself to your limits & feeling extremely proud of yourself after!

CARDIO

At Pulse Lab, we innovate and explore beyond just the usual circuit workouts. We incorporate team and pair exercises to push you beyond your limits and to also shake things up a little.

Our Cardio series consists of two main classes – Back to Basics and Braveheart

BACK TO BASICS

Back to Basics is great for anyone who’d like to work on their form without compromising on the cardio portion. Alternatively, if you’re new to HIIT, Back to Basics is the class for you!

BRAVEHEART

Braveheart, as its name suggests, is only for the bravest of the lot. This class is great for individuals who are accustomed to the intensity of HIIT, and would like to push past their limits.

STRENGTH

Your weekly workout is not complete without some strength work! Sign up for our strength classes to work on specific muscle groups to complement the cardio workouts!

Our Strength classes are offered in two levels — Strength 101 and Strength 201.

STRENGTH 101

If you’re new to strength work, opt for the 101 class to gradually expose yourself to the various forms of strength workouts!

STRENGTH 201

If dumbbells and bar bells are already your best friend, come for our Strength 201 classes! We promise to take your muscular strength up a notch!

ROW CLASSES

Ever wondered how great it’d be if you could strengthen certain body parts without losing the fat-burning, cardio component?

We have Row classes tailored for individuals of varying Row competency! We recommend starting off your Row journey with our Rowing Basics class to first master the basics, before proceeding to a more intermediate HIIT & Row class to amp up the intensity a little, and then finally giving our Advanced Erg Fitness a go to build your endurance!
