Our Group Classes at The Row Space are for individuals of varying Row competency! We recommend starting your Row journey with our Rowing Basics class to master the basics before proceeding to a more intermediate HIIT & Row class to amp up the intensity a little, and then finally giving our Advanced Erg Fitness a go to build your endurance!
