We have Row classes tailored for individuals of varying Row competency! We recommend starting off your Row journey with our Rowing Basics class to first master the basics, before proceeding to a more intermediate HIIT & Row class to amp up the intensity a little, and then finally giving our Advanced Erg Fitness a go to build your endurance!
