RIDE SKI ROW
Concept2 has based its machines on sports whose athletes have not only high levels of aerobic fitness but also full-body endurance and strength. The foundation of such an athlete lies in his cardiovascular fitness, upon which he easily builds strength and agility.
Quickly realising the machines’ uncovered potential, we formulated our very own unique workout; we like to call it – the Bermuda Triangle, a.k.a. RideSkiRow. Not for the faint of heart, this Concept2 inspired workout engages every muscle, and above all pushes your cardiovascular ability to the next level.
Our trainers are certified by ‘Project Row & Ski’ – you’ll be surprised how proper form changes your entire workout!
Come, challenge yourself, and let your faint-heartedness disappear into the depths of the Bermuda Triangle – literally.
“IF IT DOESN’T
IT DOESN’T CHANGE YOU”
“STRENGTH DOES NOT COME FROM PHYSICAL CAPACITY. IT COMES FROM AN INDOMITABLE WILL.”
EFFORT > ABILITY
You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to be fit! We believe in effort over ability, utlilizing state-of-the-art MyZone fitness belts.
These belts have a heart rate tracking accuracy of 99.4% of an EKG, high-fidelity calorie tracking and physical activity monitoring. An integrated app combines these with your personal body metrics — giving you a personalized MyZone Effort Point (MEP).
Additionally, your effort percentage is displayed on a centralized monitor DURING each class, allowing yourself – and your gym mates/trainers – to keep you accountable as they train alongside you!
Personalised MEPs are synced to the cloud, allowing you to compete with fellow #PulseLabAddicts for the highest monthly MEPs.
Maximum effort, maximum reward.
Our founders had a vision — to create a gym that was as much a great place to exercise as an environment to bond with fellow Pulse Lab Addicts.
Positivity breeds positivity, and we believe in working together as a gym family to bring each and every member to achieve greatness.
We welcome every member whole-heartedly into our Pulse Lab Addicts family – do keep up with the frequent updates on our Instagram feed on the events and gatherings we have had in the past!
Come and see what we have done thus far:
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
